Adoption Pass Along Cards
Posted on Thursday, May 28th, 2009 at 8:22 pmNow how to use the cards???
Recently I have been reading a fabulous adoption blog The R House. In this blog, Mrs. R has some great ideas for using a pass along card:
*Give them to a friend. Even if you don’t know someone who is wanting to place a baby for adoption, they might.
*If you have a conversation with a someone about adoption, share our card with them.
*Give a card to bishops or Relief Society Presidents
* you can slip one into every bill you mail out.
*you can leave one with every check at restaurants
* you can mail them out with your holiday cards. (do you only send out Christmas cards? consider Valentines, Independence Day, St. Patty’s Day cards as well.)
*leave them on community bulletin boards at cafes, restaurants, laundromat, apartment complexes, car washes, etc. i know Jamba Juice, Macey’s grocery stores, and supersonic car wash has them at most locations. where else? have you seen any in your area?
*drop one in the “win a free lunch” drawings at restaurants.
If you think that you can give away some of our cards, please let us know. Sometimes a friend of a friend of a friend knows someone considering adoption, so even if you don’t know someone directly, the people you know might know someone. We’d be glad to send you as many as you think you could could use!
Thank you in advance for helping us spread the word! We are so excited about adoption, and have become strong supporters. We hope it won’t be much longer before our adoption miracle comes!!

The cards have arrived! Let us know if you need some and we would be happy to mail them to you. Thanks for your help!
I found your blog by googling pass along cards. I love your post. We are sending out our cards in the mail and I wanted to send a little letter along and I love what you said. Thanks for putting a great positive spin on adoption.
I found your blog while googling pass along cards too! Your blog is great and I wish you the best of luck in your adoption journey. I am an adoptive mother of two boys ages 4 yrs and 1 yr. I also have an adoption blog that gives a little advice about the adoption process, I giveaway adoption related items and I just blog about our own adoption journies. Hope you can stop by my blog as well https://adoptivemomma.blogspot.com
