Steve & Amy – Hoping to Adopt

It has been a fun Christmas! We have had a great time spending the holidays with our families. We’re so blessed to have such wonderful families. I’ve also enjoyed my Christmas Break! It has been so much fun to relax…for example I’m still in my pajamas and it’s 1:00 in the afternoon! Life doesn’t get much better than that. Steve’s been working from home a lot, and it’s been nice to have him home, even though he does have to work!

For Christmas I received a new camera and a Photoshop Elements book. I have been having so much fun scrapbooking and learning more about how to edit my photos. So instead of posting all my pictures, I’m just posting some scrapbook pages I’ve done.

P.S. Thanks Katie–I borrowed some of your pictures from our Christmas Eve party off your blog! I didn’t get our new camera figured out until later!

Today is our third anniversary! It’s hard to believe we’ve already been married three years! It has been a wonderful three years! I can’t imagine what I would do without Steve!

Steve is so sweet. Every year he worries about what to do for our anniversary and he always comes up with something amazing! Last Friday, Steve texted me and told me he had a surprise for me. All day I was wondering what he had planned. I didn’t think it had anything to do with our anniversary because we had planned to celebrate the next weekend. When I got home, Steve had a suitcase all packed with everything I needed to stay overnight. He had booked us a hotel room in Salt Lake. It was amazing to see his packing job–he had remembered everything I needed! (I think he packs better than I do!) We had a great weekend! It was so nice to just relax and spend time with my wonderful husband. Since my “love language” is quality time–it was the perfect present!

I am so lucky to be married to Steve! He is the most wonderful husband! He’s always willing to help out around the house! He’s great at managing our money…keeping me on a budget! He is a great listener! He can always make me laugh! He’s just an all-around wonderful husband!
